Thanks for posting this, In this video I am explaining about need of future skill degree programs I explained about Ai, in recent developments Mr.Pichai announced “Help me write” in GmailThere are some great examples of how generative AI is helping to evolve our products, starting with Gmail. Let’s say you got an email that your flight was canceled. The airline has sent a voucher, but what you really want is a full refund. You could reply, and use “Help me write.”Just type in the prompt of what you want — an email that asks for a full refund — hit create, and a full draft appears. It conveniently pulls in flight details from the previous email. It looks pretty close to what you want to send, I assume in next five to ten years industries related to data science and Ai, will flourish like anything, so it is very much important to choose right degree at right time,it been delightful to address wonderful young friends with so much of meaningful questions in their mind about future market demands, opportunities and with which degree they should go with. And again gratitude to ImaginXP and team for giving this opportunity.#imaginxp #aiml #futureskills #collegedekho

Since being introduced in 2014 the Gatsby Benchmarks have now achieved universal support*. But what does the next ten years of #GoodCareersGuidance looks like and how can we ensure they have an even greater impact on young people in the next decade? In Sunderland this week we heard from careers leaders and senior leaders from Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust, fuelled by coffee ☕ and facilitated by Ryan Gibson (pictured left) as part of our review. Thank you all for your time and input! 🙏*A survey of 1,200 education and business stakeholders found that 94% see the Gatsby Benchmarks as a valuable framework for career guidance, and 88% of secondary school and college leaders say that the Benchmarks have had a positive impact on their students.#goodcareersguidance #careers #careersadvice #youngpeople #schools #careersleaders #headteachers #workexperience #jobs

🎉 2023 provided some of the most fruitful growth for me. From my personal highlight of getting engaged to my phenomenal partner in April. To my academic growth graduating with my M.S. in Communications from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Last but definitely not least, joining KQED as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager. This been a career-defining move and truly an honor to contribute to an organization dedicated to fostering diverse voices and perspectives in media! In embracing these moments, I've learned invaluable lessons:💡 Cherishing every accomplishment, no matter how big or small.💡 Pursuing ambitious goals while staying adaptable has taught me that sometimes our dreams evolve, and that's okay. Being persistent in creating new dreams aligned with our lives, in any path they take us, is crucial.💡 Stepping into the unknown, whether in relationships, academics, or careers, has opened doors to unexpected opportunities and incredible experiences.💡 Embracing curiosity about different perspectives, cultures, and ideas has not only made me more inclusive but also enriched my personal growth, fostering a deeper understanding of the world around me. (My most sincere gratitude for Eric Abrams teaching this lesson.)As I stride into 2024, I'm carrying these lessons with me, eager to continue learning, growing, and making a positive impact in all aspects of my life.

4 things EVERY young person should do to set them up for success 🌟1. Explore what REALLY interests them→Map out your interests & values→Research industries and roles that align with these→ Listen and learn from as many people in those roles/industries→Get hands-on in a task or experience that's related to the industry 2. Build their network"It's not about what you know but who you know" has never been truer. Build a group of mentors that you can tap into when you need them. 3. Be proactive and make their own experiencesNo one is going to make things happen for you but you.Take online courses, attend industry events & schedule informational interviews so that when you do apply for jobs you DO have experience.4. Be prepared for things to not always be straightforwardThe reality is: you will experience rejection, failure and bumps in the road. But in the end, they aren't what matter. The learnings you take away are. What would you add?I was lucky enough to share these tips with a group of 16-year-olds as part ofThe Land Collective CIC's Black Girls in Property programme yesterday. It warms my heart to support young females, especially those who were engaged as these ladies were!Thank youSarah Hayfordfor the invite and for the amazing work you do. #careeradvice#fairyjobmother#genz

We held our First Nations Youth Voice Forum recently on Gadigal land and listened to the voices of young people and industry leaders. From lively discussions the group developed the following recommendations to ensure First Nations young people's voices are heard and valued:➡ Organisations should offer employment opportunities to First Nations young people.➡ Approach young people in their space to consult and work in ways that are comfortable for them.➡ Supporting rural and regional youth with access to the opportunities metropolitan young people receive.➡ Organisations should recognise and compensate young people for their time and knowledge.➡ Enhance and upskill young people's leadership skills through mentorship and internship opportunities.➡ Establish meaningful Youth Action groups to ensure diverse voices are represented.By prioritising these actions we can ensure that First Nations young people are empowered and their voices truly influence change. 📢🖤💜🧡#TheYNSW #YMCA #FirstNations #ReconciliationReconciliation NSW The Y Australia

Expectation vs Reality gap is set early in life. At home and at school. Are we raising a merit orientated generation when our schools give out certificates for anything to anyone who barely was present? These children then grow up and expect college and work to pamper them.Certificates for attendance. For participation. For submission. And children are left wondering, what did I do to deserve this? What sense of achievement are we embedding if we award just presence?Reward merit selectively and early in life and you will raise a hard-working and resilient generation. What do you think about consolation prizes?+++++I share some blunt insights from books, career, and work. If you liked this, consider following Anshuman Tiwari for more.
